This creative initiative is a creative collaboration and partnership with the people of Balsigan spearheaded by the barangay council, with the participation of the police, army volunteers, women's group, and the youth. The mural will depict the notable features of Balsigan and how the the barangay came into being; and how it derived its name.
The barangay council took care of consulting the the community on the concept to be painted on the long wide wall.
The magnificient Domirez brothers Joseph and Howard will be with us in this monumental mural project. We hope, Richard will be following suit. Also, the supertalented art residents and Sin Agi artists Margie, Dhylan, Karylle, and Pauleen so with Jonard, McNeri, Robert, and Rommel will be with us in this Community-Driven Creative Initiative. We will work in synchrony with the Balsigan creative talents. We welcome everyone who would like to take part and contribute towards the realization of this community driven project.
