河南洛阳的偃师因为古时周武王东征伐纣，在此筑城息偃戎师而得名，这里有二里头文化遗址，可以说最早的中国就在这里。偃师地广且平坦，因为种植小麦，所以有很多中原特色的美食。最有名的就是顾县肉合，还有缑氏镇的牛肉水煎包，优质的小麦做出来的面和饼都很不错。
