How to Cook Sturgeon: Beer Battered

So very blessed to be landing some sturgeon in 2020. The last keeper was 55-inch. I gave all the stakes away, but kept 2 for myself. Today I am sharing a simple beer battered recipe that we used in our home. I can tell that it is good because my two younger children devoured it!
