How do we harvest a lot in a short amount of time? Today I'll show you the tool I use and take you around the field to see how we use it (hint: it's a hand sickle! Ok, that wasn't a hint so much as a giveaway, but we have to put it in the description for the algorithm!). We'll show you what's blooming as we go around and harvest and put together a beautiful bouquet for the purposes of drying for display, as well as one for a fresh arrangement from the garden!

Have you used a hand sickle before? It's a SUPER handy tool in the garden--just be careful and pay attention as you're working and you'll find it quite handy, especially you market farmers out there!
