After seeing the entire process we finally got to sit down and eat this delicious Bajan Smoked Herring and Breadfruit. The smoked fish was salty, smokey, and delicious. Also the breadfruit was fantastic as well with a nice smokey undertone to it. This was filmed to my recent trip to Barbados in August 2022.
