The ProForm 750R is a solid machine built for recreational rowers who are looking for a quiet, compact, and comfortable in-home rower to get a great low-impact workout.

It’s size, footprint, and weight are comparable to other rowers. It’s weight capacity is only 250 lbs, which is lower than others on the market, and we hope to see this improved in order to allow a wider range of recreational rowers to use this machine.

While the features and accessories are basic on this machine, one benefit is that it is compatible with IFit. IFit is a subscription service that connects to your machine via bluetooth and allows you to row, run, or do off-the-mat workouts led by trainers. It also has a more easy-to-read display that we really like. It is important to note that the metrics of this machine seem arbitrary and do not match other rowers, such as the Concept too. However, if you are looking for a machine to just get on a row on, and you are not worried about splits or pace, then this won’t be a huge issue for you.

Overall, we like this machine because it is built well, has a quiet ride, is equipped with IFit Compatibility, and comes with a unique SpaceSaver design, allowing users to store and use this rower at home or in shared spaces.
