Happy Winter Solstice!

Here’s our Yule/Christmas present for you all: a new live video of “In the Gardens of Armida” from the XII edition of Castlefest in August 2016, The Netherlands.

This song from IRFAN’s “The Eternal Return” album was inspired by a beautiful Medieval legend of an impossible love between a Crusader knight and a Saracen sorceress from Damascus. A dramatic struggle of two diverse and colliding worlds blossoming into a thrilling romance within the enchanted Gardens of Armida. An echo from the past. A challenge to our world and our humanity today. A reminiscence of a simple truth - Love is stronger than hatred.

Special thanks to Castlefest, Wave-Gotik-Treffen, Festival-Mediaval, "Voice of Nomads" International Music Festival and to all the other festivals, promoters and friends who made it possible for us to play across Europe in 2016!
