Defeating the Murder Tribunal on tactician difficulty with a max level party, Main character as a Battle master, College of swords and Fiend warlock multi-class, Shadowheart as a party healer and for buffs, Astarion as an Assassin Battle-master multi-class and Gale as a level 12 evocation wizard. It's definitely a tough fight with Sarevok's legendary action deathbringer assault but with the Blade ward and Bless buffs from Shadowheart's healing it doesn't really factor in as much.
