EDIT if you don't know what's going on here: This is a scene from late on in an Undertale fanfiction. There's a link to it above, and I'm doing a full readthrough of it here on my channel, but here's what you need to know for this scene to make a bit of sense:

The fanfiction takes place before the last human falls into the underground, when Flowey has control over the timelines. Flowey is getting bored with typical runthroughs though, and this time around has decided to torment Papyrus. He wants to get Papyrus to unseat Undyne as guard captain. So he starts forcing Papyrus to fight him late at night when nobody is around, to "train" him and make him stronger. This results in Papyrus getting injured a lot, but Flowey threatens to kill anyone he tries to tell about it.

Papyrus becomes strong enough to become a member of the guard, but then he starts losing control over his magic because Flowey has him so worried and freaked out. One night he had a panic attack when he was with Sans, and Sans had to restrain him with his magic, injuring Papyrus. But he still won't tell Sans or anyone else what is going on. Not long before this scene Papyrus tried to hint to Alphys that someone was hurting him, but he wouldn't specify who. Alphys connected the dots and assumed it was Sans, and then she blabbed to Undyne about it. Which leads to this scene, where Sans is getting arrested for domestic abuse, but Papyrus can't say who it really was because it will get them all killed.

Needless to say it's a tough read, lol. Very worth it though, I highly recommend.
