PRIME-LC is the Program in Medical Education for the Latino Community and is dedicated to serving the underserved. It is a 5 year medical school curriculum that includes a variety of experiences throughout California.
Students visit US-Mexico border, the central valley, the state capital, and participate in an international rotation. Through these experiences they broaden their understanding and advocate for the under-resourced Latino populations. The program also includes a master's program.
