0% APR on car loans can be a very good value, but you need to pay close attention to a couple things. Start by looking over the contract and make sure it doesn't have a pre-payment penalty. And if the car has a cash rebate, try to get 0% financing and the rebate. If you can't, run the numbers and see which one is a better value based on the interest rate and term you'd expect from a local credit union.
