United States Navy Dive Class 05 10 2C DMT

This video gives an inside view of the adventures at Naval Diving School Training Center, where the elite U.S. Navy Diver's train to dive the world over! This video was produced by some of my teammates, our class graduated in February of 2005. From there we each were assigned to a permanent duty station as Deep-Sea Divers and Diving Medical Technicians.

It was a special class with Navy Corpsman so, we ended up getting extra attention in the Diving Medicine Technician realm. In addition to medical extras we had many candidates from the fleet leading our class. Having their leadership made for an atmosphere of teamwork that resulted in our larger percentage of graduates.

Much has changed within the Navy since 2005 but the majority of the traditions and standards have remained the same. In Panama City, Florida each class that trains at this world renown facility gets the opportunity to collaborate and produce memorial class videos. This is my dive class! Hooyah 05-10-2C/DMT! I am a United States Navy Diver.
I traverse the dark forbidding depths of the world’s oceans, lakes, rivers & seas where only a select few can follow, they are my battlefield. I serve across the spectrum of our nation’s military services & with Special Operation Forces.

My specialized skills, undaunted spirit and unbreakable attitude will enable me to succeed in an environment where there are no second chances. Excellence is my standard.
I maintain uncompromising standards personally and professionally. Accepting anything less would bring disgrace upon myself and discredit to my community. My sense of duty to God, my Country, the United States Navy and my teammates is steadfast and enduring.
