INGREDIENTS:

1 amla
4-5 tulsi leaves
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 coin size ginger

Wash Amla and Tulsi leaves, cut off the ends of Amla, and then chop them into pieces. Cut and peel off your ginger. Make juice and strain the pulp out, add lemon juice to enhance flavor, serve your fresh juice. Most fresh juices should be consumed right away.
