Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (do not use lean beef)
1 (6 ounce) box of stuffing mix, any flavor
1/2 cup diced green peppers and onions
1/2 cup of water
2 eggs
1/3 cup of ketchup
salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sauté diced peppers and onions, this helps release the flavor of them both in the meatloaf.
Mix beef, stuffing mix, peppers & onions, water and eggs, incorporate all ingredients.
Pat into a loaf pan or an 8x8 pan.
Spread the ketchup on top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour

Serve with your favorite sides
