November 11, 1999 was a bad day for the Conrail Mohawk Dispatcher. First a westbound freight stopped just east of Utica station with a bad locomotive. Then an eastbound freight went into emergency in the station. What follows is a series of unusual moves to clear the mess up. This is my first try at captions because the video needs some form of narrative. The video is VHS quality on a very gray day but the story it tells is a good one.
