SURVIVE & THRIVE INSTA LIVE VIDEO | INVISIBLE ILLNESSES | VARRIE DUNLOP | VARRIE'S SURVIVAL GUIDE

In this episode, I (Jessica) was kindly asked to feature on an Instagram Live stream for a NEW series called 'Survive & Thrive' currently part of Varrie's Survival Guide on Instagram.
Varrie and I met through Instagram last year, although I came across one of Varrie's YouTube videos over 1 year ago. We got chatting on Instagram, supporting one another's pages.
I was extremely honoured when Varrie kindly asked me to feature on her third live stream. Varrie and I discussed my health journey centred around chronic illness, rare conditions, invisible illness and disability.
I asked Varrie if I could upload the live stream to our YouTube channel, to spread even more awareness. Varrie and I hope that you enjoy our live stream. Varrie goes live on 'Varries Survival Guide' on Instagram every Tuesday at 8 pm. Links to all of Varrie's social media platforms are below.
