Central Theme: Waza no kankyū - how to generate powerful, dynamic techniques by contraction and expansion, twisting and unwinding the different parts of our body.

② Kangeiko 2022
330 Minutes of Karate training, divided into 5 classes.

③ Kangeiko 2021- Tekki 1-3
330 minutes of training, divided into 5 classes with central theme Tekki 1 - 3
