Besan ki sabzi

1/2 cup Besan
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1 pinch Hing(Asafoetida)
1 Tb sp Green Coriander leaves
1/2 cup water

2 to 3 Tb sp oil
1 Bay leave
1/2 Tsp Rai(Mustard seeds)
1/4 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
1/4 Tsp Hing(Asafoetida)
4 to 5 pc Garlic Finely chopped
1/2 Tsp Adrak(Ginger)Finely chopped
1 Medium onion finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato finely chopped
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric)
1 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/4 Tsp chole Masala
Salt as per taste
1 Tbsp fresh Dahi
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala powder
1 Tsp Dry Kasuri methi
1 Tbsp Green Coriander leaves finely chopped
