Behringer MS-1 MKii Jam [No Talking]

Описание к видео Behringer MS-1 MKii Jam [No Talking]

Behringer MS-1 MKii Jam with no talking, so you can hear how the synth sounds without me going on. I've had the MS-1 MK2 for about a week now and started to get my head around the sound shaping capabilities. The synth is very immediate and has lots of sweet spots in terms of being able to make really useable sounds for electronic music.

The sounds you are hearing is the raw Behringer MS-1 MKii with some reverb from Native Instruments Raum and Ableton Live Delay. There are a few of Ableton Live drum loops to help for context purposes. The video was captured in a single shot, and has very little editing. Nothing else was used in the making of this video.

I have tried to use a variety of features of the synth in this video. Including the filter modulation, frequency modulation, filter and ADSR amounts others. Due to some harsh comments on previous videos I've stayed clear of the oscillator modulation.

I'm enjoying the dance and acid side of the MS-1 MKii and I think it's going to fit in quite nicely with the rest of my setup.

Here's the MS-1 MKii feature list from the Gear4Music site:

Authentic 3340 oscillator chip delivers rich, powerful and accurate core sound
Revised filter and VCA designs improve overall sound character
Addition of dual-mode portamento for expressive pitch bends and sync in for tempo synchronisation
Pure analog signal path for pure, classic sound
Single oscillator with four simultaneous waveforms: saw, triangle, square, and sub
Resonant low-pass filter modulatable by envelope, LFO, keyboard tracking and bender control
NovaMod engine provides six FM sources and waveforms for unique filter modulations
ADSR envelope generator for VCA modulation
32-step sequencer with 64 locations for storage
Arpeggiator with a huge range of achievable patterns for fast moving melodies or basslines
Attachable handgrip with pitch bend wheel and pitch modulation trigger
Included guitar strap which allows for dynamic keytar playing on-stage
Bender knob can be assigned to VCO, VCF, and pitch mod wheel on hand grip for expression
Noise generator to add texture or use as modulation source for randomised modulations and distortion-like sounds
Portamento for expressive pitch slides in your playing
Pulse wave allows pulse width modulation from LFO, envelope, or manual slider control
