Today i am covering most fundamental sadhana of bhairava which is naam jap
Although you may think this as a basic mantra

activation of this mantra is extremely potent and basic way to connect to your favorite form of bhairava and forms a good base in future japa and helps you guide to your spiritual path
No need of guru any body over the age of 10 can do it , can keep shiva/dakshinamurthy as guru for this sadhana
when I had no guru I viewed shiva as guru he took me until stage of Nyasa ,instilled lot of knowledge connectsd with human guru so deity guru works not a myth at all (he works little different you have to be receptive of subtle signs), lots of sadhaks initially have shiva as guru .
Females only need to pause while menstraul cycle days
No need of changing diet or no celibacy required
Do with bhakthi and an internal cry for personal development and dharma raksha

Goal is 100000 times and to feed people at the end
we are not doing hawan so can increase by 40 percent which would make 140000 as ultimate goal
on astami amavasya offer japa and pray for welfare of sanathan dharma or if you can't track dates on panchang just offer first 10k for dharma raksha .
