I FOUND all SHINY EEVEELUTIONS | It Went WRONG

Eevee has been my favorite pokemon for 25+ years so I decided to challenge myself to catch every shiny eevee and shiny eeveelution. I tried to shiny hunt eevee in Pokemon: Legends Arceus, but it was impossible to find a shiny eevee. In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, I decided to shiny hunt eevee and all the shiny eeveelutions using the picnic reset method using outbreaks. I had one rule for myself: I wanted to see if I could find all the shiny eeveelutions in Pokemon violet WITHOUT using a sparkling power level 3 sandwich.
