LIVE | Jayco under sink Drawer Conversion - remove the flap and install a Kmart Cutlery Tray Insert!

In this episode we modify the under sink flap in our Jayco Swan camper to convert into a fully functional draw. What's even better we do this using a readily available insert to make this task super easy!

To begin with, below are the measurements from our 2013 Swan which you can use to check against your own caravan or camper trailer:
Opening size: 355mm wide x 135mm high
Sink depth: 160mm
Clearance to underside of sink: 65mm approx.

Our 2020 Journey 17.58-1 for comparison is:
Opening size: 383mm wide x 155mm high
Sink depth: 160mm
Clearance to underside of sink: 65mm approx. (the same as the Swan)

To complete the project, we used the following components:
