At Teach For Lebanon, we believe that when teachers thrive, students flourish.

On July 15, our cohort 15 & 16 Fellows gathered for a Professional Development Day focused on reflection, collaboration, and growth.

TFL’s Executive Director, Janine Weber-el Meouchy, joined the Fellows during the day, engaging in the activities, listening to their reflections, and reinforcing the value of collective growth.

The agenda featured Fellow-led activities on well-being, climate education, and inclusion, along with an art & expression activity facilitated by Ghina Halik, which sparked creativity and mindfulness.

Fellows also participated and shared their experiences in a compliance and safeguarding session led by Sarah Ezzeddine, TFL’s Compliance Officer, and explored alumni engagement opportunities with Ghina Rachid, Projects and Alumni Coordinator.

Because behind every empowered student is an inspired Fellow—and we remain committed to nurturing the people making change happen.
