Stefano Ghisolfi is undoubtably one of the best rock climbers in the world and is on top form at the moment, having recently established his hardest first accent ever - Excaliber 9b+, one of the hardest climbs in the world! On his trip over to the UK, Stefano Ghisolfi dropped in to join Lattice Training for a digital assessment. In this episode we get to see just how strong and fit a climber can be at the top of the top. So much so that our assessment wasn't ready 🤯.
