Bx, an independent journalist from the Bronx, holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in sociology, awarded with distinction. She also earned a master’s in New Media Journalism and in Entertainment Business, with Distinction, plus a Director’s Course Award in Digital Marketing.

Beyond journalism, Bx advocates for FBA causes. Since 2015, she has written more than 40 urban fiction books on Amazon and 13 on Kindle Vella, using multiple pen names. Her work has reached Amazon’s bestseller charts and placed her in UBAWA’s Top 100 African American Authors in 2017, 2018, and 2022.
