Over a year later. Time to clean and upgrade my rack mount gaming PC.

Well it is nothing special, but it gets the job done most of the time. I really wanted to upgrade it to an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G and the RX 6600 I have, but I don't want to have to spend money on parts. Sadly I didn't have a better heatsink on hand so I decided it wasn't worth upgrading to the 4790. Pretty good setup otherwise considering most of the parts were from recycling pickups.
