Elke Klinkhammer LIA 2015 Judging Interview

Elke Klinkhammer, Chief Creative Officer of McCann Worldgroup Germany, decodes what qualities she's looking out for in the young creative talent of today. She also outlines the future progression of people's experiences and what we can soon expect out of the world we're currently shaping.

Elke was a member of this year's Digital Jury, who scoured an intimidating pile of entries to find the ideas that truly shined in the past year. The 2015 LIA Judging took place at the SLS Las Vegas in October, where 11 Juries assembled to celebrate the exceptional work put out by agencies and other companies worldwide.
