PART 3 Safety & Security Declarations

The UK recently unveiled its UK Border Target Operating Model (TOM), organising the SPS and safety and security controls in a new, technology-enabled, user-centric way. This will change how importers to the UK or exporters from the UK carry out their imports and exports, especially if you are dealing with so-called SPS goods: Food made from animals, animal feed, plants, and plant products and certain high-risk foods and feed.
