WORKOUT:
Superset #1
Close-grip Bench Press + Straight Barbell Curl
5 supersets, 15, 15, 12, 10, 10 reps

Superset #2
Skullcrushers + Close-grip Machine Curls
4 supersets, 15, 15, 12, 10 reps

Superset #3
Rope Tricep Pushdown + Preacher Close-Grip Ez-bar Curl
3 supersets, 15, 12, 10 reps

Superset #4
Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension + Alternating Dumbbell Curls
3 supersets, 15, 12, 10 reps

Superset #5
Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks + Dumbbell Concentration Curls
3 supersets, 15, 12, 10 reps

Finisher
Bodyweight Tricep Presses
3 sets, as many reps as you can
