This is not for you to watch, this is for your cat to watch. It's a series of scenes that have been scientifically (not scientifically) designed to be endlessly entertaining to your cat. So put this on a laptop by where your cat chills, or maybe a tv that's close to the ground, and let your cat take a load off after a hard days work. Also good if you find the idea of an hour of the sound of birds chirping on repeat to be soothing.
