Humans considered running as a hobby, sport, or exercise. Running helps improve aerobic fitness and cardiovascular health plus it burns calories and can build strength among other things.

Now since running is also considered a sport, in a world-class running competition, Usain Bolt one of the athletes who competed won a record of 44.72 km/h (27.8 mph) and this makes him the fastest human in the world since an ordinary human being can only have an average running speed of 6.12 mph.

Many experts think that people are built to run however there are animals who are also a great runner that an average human cannot outrun them. So here are the top 5 fastest animals that humans can never outrun.

Number one on the list is the Cheetahs. Cheetahs are one of the animals that ordinary humans cannot outrun in fact cheetahs are the fastest land animals in the world. The speed of an ordinary cheetah is 120 km/h (74 mph). Cheetahs can run very fast because of their strong and powerful muscles. Their muscles are arranged in a way that gives them the ability to accelerate very quickly. Even Cheetahs has also a Usain Bolt version and this is Sarah the cheetah. Sarah is considered the fastest cheetah in the world that runs 61miles per hour. In 100 meter trial, Sarah’s record is 5.95 seconds beating the 9.58 seconds record of Usain Bolt.
