Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrot, ⅓ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, 1 cup oats, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp baking powder, Cinnamon and vanilla to taste, Optional: chopped walnuts
Instructions: Blend everything, pour into a mold, and bake in the air fryer at 180°C / 350°F for 30 minutes.
2. HEALTHY MINI CHEESECAKE
Ingredients:
½ pack sugar-free cookies, 3 tbsp peanut butter, ¾ cup Greek yogurt, Sugar-free honey, Red berries
Instructions: Crush the cookies with the peanut butter and press into a mold. Mix the yogurt with honey, pour on top, and decorate with berries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. FIT CAKE POPS (NO BAKE)
Ingredients: 1½ cups oat flour, 1 cup grated carrot, ½ cooked apple, 2 tbsp cinnamon, Vanilla to taste, Sugar-free white chocolate, Chopped nuts to taste
Instructions: Mix everything, form small balls, and freeze for 2 minutes. Coat with chocolate and nuts.
4. HEALTHY BROWNIE
Ingredients: 150 g oat flour, 150 g sugar-free chocolate, 1 avocado, 100 ml plant-based milk, 2 eggs + 1 egg white, 5 tbsp sugar-free honey, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 cup peanut butter
Instructions: Blend everything. Pour half into a mold, add the peanut butter, and cover with the rest. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25 minutes.
5. HOMEMADE PROTEIN ICE CREAM
Ingredients: 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup frozen Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Instructions:Blend everything. Serve immediately or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
