Jasinka - Fear a' Bhàta

Everyone, deep in their hearts, is longing for something undefinable…...I want to provide it to you in this song.
It's my interpretation of Fear a' Bhàta - a Scots Gaelic song from the late 18th century, written by young woman who was courting a young fisherman. The song captures the emotions that she endured during their courtship. The part of the story that is rarely told is that they were married not long after she composed the song.
