💖ABOUT ABI
I’m Abi, a 300 hour qualified woman’s yoga teacher, specialising in yoga to support females at all stages of their life cycle. 🥰🙏.
I started practicing yoga 🧘‍♀️ to help with my own fertility journey and within 8 weeks of regular practice, I conceived.
That is when I wanted to tell the world about the holistic benefit of yoga 🧘‍♀️.
I am passionate about helping other women learn how to practice yoga and use it to support them on their journey of life.
My teaching style is down to Earth, nonjudgemental, warm and accessible. I am a bubbly, Northern Mum of one ☝️, who enjoys the odd wine 🍷 and doesn’t take life too seriously.

I will be teaching in Bath and surrounding areas starting in January 2023, starting with a beautiful, inclusive, Pregnancy yoga class.

🤰My pregnancy class will be for all abilities, welcoming women who want to take some time out to bond with their baby, while relaxing and feeling good 😌 in a warm and welcoming environment 🤰.

🌙 I will also be starting a weekly Lunar class which will be a restorative flow, with a sequence for each cycle of the moon 🌚 . This class will show you how you can harness the energy of the Moon 🌙 and access your feminine power.
