INGREDIENTS:

1 kg chicken cut into pieces
5 pcs of hotdogs cut into wedges
1 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
2-3 pcs bay leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cracked black pepper
100 g tomato paste
¼ cup of water
1 cup of defrosted green peas
1 medium size green bell pepper (Capsicum) sliced
1 medium size potato cut into wedges
1 medium size carrot cut into wedges
5 cloves garlic chopped
1 medium size onion chopped
1 small size tomato
2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
1 chicken cube (optional)
oil for frying and sauteeing
