In this episode of Travelling Planet Earth, I walk the full stretch of Ubud’s central road, weaving past temples, markets, palaces, and the ever-present scooters. Along the way, I stop to check out the Campuhan Ridge entrance, wander through the colourful chaos of Kajeng Market, and admire the beauty of the Taman Saraswati Water Palace. Add in art stalls, palaces, and a soundtrack of honking traffic mixed with gamelan, and you’ve got the perfect snapshot of Ubud life—messy, vibrant, and unforgettable.
