How To Make A Mardi Gras Themed Seahorse

I had already had a mishap with spilling some green mica and I had leftover confetti from Mardi Gras, so I decided to run with it. The result is the most festive sea horse we'll ever see!

Mardi Gras Colors Meaning:
Purple - Justice
Gold - Power
Green - Faith

The colors were actually chosen in 1892 by one of the oldest and most prominent parades in New Orleans, The Rex Parade. We have had them in our celebrations ever since.
