🤌 Cook Dine Repeat I Crispy Pork Belly Roll I Air Fryer 🤤😍

Ingredients:
Pork Belly
Garlic
Onion
Ground black pepper
Salt
Lemon grass

Procedures:
1. Dry up the meat.
2. Make some cut to the meat for better penetration of flavors during the process.
3. Season the entire part of the pork belly with salt.
4. Lay down the pork belly (skin below) then arrange the rest of the flavorings; onion, garlic, and lemon grass on top.
5. Roll the pork belly then tie using cooking twine. All ingredients and flavorings must be inside the roll and make sure that all skin of the pork is expose.
6. Pre-heat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 100-180˚ C.
7. After which, air fry the pork belly roll for 60-80 minutes at 180˚ C. Check and turn/ roll the pork belly every 15-20 minutes. Brush the pork skin with cooking oil occasionally.
8. Once done, rest the pork belly roll for at least 15 minutes before to slice.
