Noah Volz, Life Chiropractic College student interviews Dr. Brandie Nemchenko. She is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) for the specialized treatment of children and pregnant women, including the Webster Technique.

Graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City with the top award of Clinical Excellence, her first position as a chiropractor was in the former Gold’s and Bally’s gyms in King of Prussia as a sports chiropractor. She started King of Prussia Family Wellness Center in 2002. In 2006, ​s​he developed a safe specialized program for pregnancy applying the techniques she used for high level athletes ​as she was unable to practice normally due to her own high risk pregnancy. She ​named the program, Bloom at King of Prussia Family Wellness, ​a division of the practice ​offering specialized prenatal and postpartum program of chiropractic care, muscle therapy, and her rehab program, “Strong Mama U” for pregnant women.

​An expert in this field, Dr. Brandie is a frequent lecturer at hospitals and birth centers, universities and other venues. She has also written a book, What You Didn’t Expect When You’re Expecting. Dr. Brandie has an extensive medical background. Graduating from St. Joseph’s Paramedic Institute with honors in 1996, she is still registered paramedic having worked at the Emergency Department and PACU at Lancaster Regional, Lancaster General, and Hershey Medical Center in their trauma orthopedic floor. Dr. Brandie’s strengths include incorporating this medical knowledge with her chiropractic expertise to help patients get the diagnoses and care they need, whether in her own office or by referral to another trusted specialist.

Dr. Brandie lives in Wayne with her husband, Dr. Arthur, and their two daughters.
