In this video, I'll show you how to make tomato soup from scratch using simple ingredients. Plus, I'll share some tips to enhance the flavor!

Ingredients:

Oil: 1 tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Ginger: 1-inch piece, minced
Garlic: 3-4 cloves, minced
Onion: 1 medium, chopped
Salt: To taste
Carrot: 1, chopped
Tomatoes: 3-4 medium or 5-6 small, chopped
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper: To taste
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Hot Water: 2 cups
Croutons: For garnish
Butter: For garnish
Pepper Powder: For garnish
Grilled Cheese Sandwich: To serve
Method:

Heat oil and butter in a pan.
Add minced ginger, garlic, and chopped onions. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
Add chopped carrots and tomatoes. Cook until soft and mushy.
Season with salt, sugar, coriander powder, black pepper, and Kashmiri chili powder. Stir well.
Pour in hot water and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer until vegetables are soft.
Let the mixture cool down, then blend into a smooth soup. Strain for a smoother texture, or leave the pulp for added texture.
Return the soup to the pan, simmer for a few more minutes. Heat pan place bread add cheese slice along with mozzarella cheese add one more slice of bread and toast it until grilled
Serve hot, garnished with croutons, a dollop of butter, pepper powder, and a grilled cheese sandwich on the side.
