Man Sues Police for Torture and Wins N1.5 Million Judgment

A man shares his harrowing experience of being wrongfully arrested, chained, and tortured by the police, resulting in a broken right leg. Despite winning a judgment of N1.5 million awarded as damages for the violation of his fundamental human rights, the police have refused to pay the compensation.
