KOSME Synchroblock

Since October 2009, the Synchro has been up and running at Fontaine de la Reine in the midst of the French Pyrenees. The production output is 12.000 bottles an hour. A stretch blow moulder, called KSB 6R is integrated in the Synchro. Its rotation concept ensures maximized dependability during preform transfer.
The monobloc synchronisation concept creates some crucial advantages: more water and energy savings, plus reduced change-over times and maintenance work.
