This 45-minute slow yoga flow releases tension in the hips, pelvic floor, IT bands, inner thighs, shoulders, and lower back. Specific cues are given for breathing and technique, making the routine "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all pelvic floor issues, including prolapse. That said, I can't guarantee it will suit your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice!
🎵 MUSIC NOTE:
This slow-flow yoga routine is NOT accompanied by music except at the end when you hear "The Things That Keep Us Here" (see below).
Personally, I love doing yoga in silence.
However, if you'd like to play background music throughout the entire routine, then I suggest playing this beautiful song on a separate device: Softening into Change (1hr) - Soothe #Anxiety + Calm Your Nervous System - #528hz Healing Frequency by @ChantressSeba - • Softening into Change (1hr) - Soothe ...
