Myrium is still under Illuminate control and High Command decided we hadn’t annoyed them enough yet, so our orders this time were to hunt down and destroy Illuminate warp ships. Tremors constantly rock the ruins, stunning players and enemies alike, Orbital Fluctuations have stratagem cooldowns bloated by 25%, and Poor Intel has, as usual, hidden objective locations because apparently knowing what you’re doing is considered a luxury. I’m running the AR-2 Coyote as my primary and wearing the SR-64 Cinderblock heavy set for a 30% reload speed boost on my primary and 20% more ammo on all weapons—perfect for when the ground won’t stop shaking but you still need to keep the trigger held down.

Stratagems for this mission: A/MLS-4X Rocket Sentry, 500kg Bomb, LIFT-850 Jump Pack, and the GL-21 Grenade Launcher. I dropped in and got paired with a squad of random pros who clearly knew what they were doing—no clones needed, just warp ships exploding and Illuminate evaporating wherever they spawned. We methodically tore through objectives and side objectives, purging every last glowing weirdo that crossed our path. The whole run is packed with 4K cinematic chaos: warp ships detonating, sentries shredding, grenades bouncing into clusters, and democracy being delivered at high velocity across the city ruins.

When everything was finally dead and the planet a lot quieter, we regrouped at the LZ for extraction—where the Pelican decided to have a moment. Rough landing, sank halfway into the ground, and left us literally crawling into the ramp to board. Somehow it still counted; every Helldiver managed to squirm inside and extract successfully, five stars earned and one very broken-looking dropship taking us home.

This is no-commentary 4K Ultra Helldivers 2 Illuminate gameplay on Myrium, recorded on a dedicated PC through a capture card with MSI Afterburner showing real-time RTX 5090 and i7-14700K stats. Played at max in-game settings using the Beta Slim build (same performance as the full version, less drive space), with full graphics and gameplay settings shown at the start of the video for anyone chasing that cinematic 4K experience.
