Also, here's the description from the original upload as well: "Happy Early Valentine's Day Everyone! This was one of many lost videos from the now defunct YouTube channel "South Park Fanfiction." I found it off a website called "Vlipsy." The reason why I wanted to upload this was because lately, I've been into South Park, I personally like the older ones with the character Chef on it. I'm guessing that this video was made and based off of an episode called "Hooked on Monkey Phonics," where Kyle falls in love with a home-schooled girl named Rebecca in a bit of the plot.
