Are hard mouse pads noisy?

Hello Internet,
In this video I test out noise levels from mice on a razer invicta, razer vespula, monoprice aluminum mouse pad, and the skypad glas 2.0. The mice I use on them are the apple mighty mouse, apple magic mouse, razer ourobouros, logitech m310, and an insignia wired mouse. After weve found the loudest mouse and mouse pad I then try out teflon feet to see what kind of difference it makes.
