Obstructive Azoospermia
कभी कभी vas deference में blockage होने के कारन sperm penis तक पोहोच ही नहीं पाते। इस तरीके के azoospermia को obstructive azoospermia कहा जाता है। इसमें testis में sperm बनने बावजूद obstruction होने के कारन स्पर्म बहार नहीं आ सकते। इसलिए semen analysis में sperm count normal होने के बावजूद भी , zero sperm count दिखाई देता है।

Obstructive Azoospermia में semen analysis में मरीज के hormone के parameters जैसे की FSH normal आएगा क्योकि sperm normal बन रहे है , testosterone की values भी normal आएंगे।

Causes of Obstructive Azoorspermia
Obstruction or blockage genital infections के कारण हो सकते हैं जो वास डिफेरेंस को block करते हैं।

इस बीमारी में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात होती है acceptance | Obstructive Azoospermia की जांच होने के बाद लोगोको लगता है वह अब अपना खुद का बच्चा नहीं कर पाएंगे पर ऐसा है नहीं 99% मरीज खुद का बच्चा पा सकते है। Obstructive Azoospermia treatment केलिए medical management नहीं होता है यनेके दवाइयों से ठीक नहीं होता है। इसमें अगर आपको खुदका बच्चा चाहिए होगा तो ICSI करना पड़ेगा जिसमे needle से testis में से sperm निकाला जाता है और female egg के साथ मिलाया जाता है , इसके बाद जब वह embryo बन जाता है तब वह female partner के uterus में डाला जाता है। ये होता है Obstructive Azoospermia का treatment | जब कभी भी Obstructive Azoospermia के लिए test tube baby का treatment करवाते है तब success rate 30-35% होता है। आप ये treatment जितना जल्दी करेंगे उतना ही success rate अच्छा रहेगा।
