Bob DeKoch has devoted his entire career to leadership roles, refining his own skills, and mentoring hundreds of aspiring leaders. His passion for people and for extraordinary outcomes is what drives him. Rising to senior executive roles in numerous organizations, Bob has developed and put into practice the many teachings in his books. He has over four decades of experience across major market sectors: the construction services industry and real estate development business, the pulp and paper industry, the beverage industry, and the chemical industry. He has served on boards of US organizations—for-profit and nonprofit—as well as a major international corporation. This diverse experience has helped him develop unique insight into inspired leadership.

Phillip G. Clampitt (PhD, University of Kansas) is the Blair Endowed Chair of Communication at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. He was previously designated the Hendrickson Named Professor of Business. Phil has won numerous awards for his teaching and scholarship. His students started calling him “Dr. So What” because he asked, “So what?” so often, as a prod to encourage them to think about the implications of their ideas (see www.DrSoWhat.com). The Wall Street Journal and MIT Sloan Management Review highlighted his work on decision downloading, which details how companies can effectively communicate decisions to those not involved in the decision-making process. Phil has consulted on leadership, communication, and strategic planning with organizations such as Nokia, PepsiCo, The US Army War College, Schneider National, and Dental City.

Mark Murphy is in his 16th year as the Packers’ President and CEO. Under Mark’s guidance, the organization continues to rank as one of the NFL’s premier franchises, with highly successful operations both on and off the field. On the field, the team has compiled a 164-97-2 overall record (.627), one of the NFL’s top marks during his tenure. Additionally, the club has made 11 playoff trips, including a team-record eight straight from 2009 to 2016, advanced to five NFC Championship games and earned a victory in Super Bowl XLV. Off the field, the club continues to perform well in its business efforts, which allows the organization to support football operations. The fan experience at Lambeau Field, a top priority for the organization, continues to be ranked among the best in sports.

Alida Al-Saadi is a strategic executive bringing decades of experience driving business outcomes for Fortune 100 to 500 companies across the globe. As a senior partner at Korn Ferry, she is currently leading a new business venture and establishing a new market category to evolve consulting capabilities at the intersection of business strategy, people strategy and artificial intelligence. She has solidified her reputation as a thought leader promoting innovative perspectives that expand the boundaries and mindsets of today for the companies and leaders of tomorrow.

Laurie Butz is President & CEO of Capital Credit Union and a lifelong resident of Green Bay. She has over 30 years in Business and Financial Services. She holds advanced degrees from UWGB and UWO coupled with certifications in Six Sigma and Credit Union Leadership. In 2022 Laurie was awarded the Lifelong Achieve Athena Award through the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, the Volunteer of the Year Award through the YMCA of the Fox Cities and the Beta Gamma Sigma award through UW Oshkosh. But most importantly Laurie strives to get better every day through a caring approach to leadership that aligns lasting relationships with results that focus on building a stronger community for all.

Barbara Lawton served two terms as Lt. Governor of Wisconsin. While in office, she created an economic development initiative to increase the status and contribution of women, which became a global model, established scholarship on citizen diplomacy and global security, and created Wisconsin’s first Green Economy Agenda. She co-founded a national organization focused on fixing our political system and building a democracy that works for all of us.
