with her husband, John Nordmeyer, where they raised their three daughters. In her free time she

Amy Young grew up on her family's dairy farm in Addison County where her parents converted
a one room school house to make their home. Now she and her partner Mike have a small farm
of their own in Leicester where they raise grass fed beef and layer chickens who's eggs they sell
to the local co-op. They also grow Christmas trees and produce Vermont Maple syrup. Before
getting her Real Estate license Amy owned and operated her own successful catering business
The Lunch Box for 13 years, providing meals to local businesses. In her free time she enjoys
gardening, hiking, snowshoeing and traveling. Amy's strong work ethic, love of people and
positive attitude help her to always give 100%. Whether you are buying or selling Amy is ready

Being involved in her husband’s construction company has given Lisa Sargent an in depth
understanding of the construction aspect of a property. Having personally bought and sold real
estate Lisa understands all the emotions involved during the process. With a strong work ethic,
responsiveness to her client’s needs and knowledge of the market, Lisa works hard to make the
process as smooth and stress free as possible. She enjoys meeting new people and learning their
unique story while guiding them towards achieving their real estate goals. Lisa became a
licensed Realtor® in 2015, receiving her Broker’s license in 2019. She holds designations in
Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Seniors Real Estate
Specialist, and a certification as a Pricing Strategy Advisor. Lisa is an active member of the
National Association of Realtors®, Vermont Association of Realtors® and a member of the
Addison County Board of Realtors® where she is currently serving her third year as President.
Living and having grown up in the Champlain Valley where we have the best of what Vermont
can offer with small towns, beautiful lakes, and the green mountains Lisa understands how lucky
she is to call Vermont her home. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends along
