"It's a farce." That's climatologist Dr. Tim Ball's reaction to the G7's vow to create a "no carbon" economy by 2100.

He points out that the two biggest emitters, China and India, aren't even G7 members, so the promise is a farce. And of course, it is based on the false "scientific" premise that carbon emissions are harmful to the environment.

So what's really behind the proposal? Dr. Ball says it is all about "Obama's legacy" and "global control."
